Real Estate Power of Attorney Template - Kentucky

A Kentucky Real Estate Power of Attorney Form is a formal document created to delegate real property sale, purchase, or management to an agent identified in the authorization.

If you are leaving the city or country or dealing with unexpected health problems yet there is a need to sell a house or deal with a tenant who rents your property, you can choose a person (it does not have to be a legal professional if you prefer to appoint your relative or friend instead) or entity (for instance, a real estate agency) that will handle real estate affairs in your name following your instructions.

Note that every principal is obliged to bring the authorization to a notary public and sign the document in the latter's presence to ensure it is considered legally binding - without a notary seal, a power of attorney can be challenged and deemed invalid, and it may nullify any transactions that involved a person or organization that acted in accordance with this permission.
