The services described above are in most cases considered standard. However, we would recommend that you do not simply assume all of this is included and still check the contract you are signing with a cleaning company. Services may differ from company to company so it is crucial that you are aware of what you are paying for.
All companies will offer some form of additional services which can include a deeper clean of the property. In these cases, the company will usually have a separate Move Out Deep Cleaning Checklist which may cover any tiling within the property or other additional spaces such as balconies.
Make sure that you clarify all of these details to know exactly what you are being quoted for. It would be a shame if you paid a large amount of cash only to discover that half of the tasks you thought would be completed are still in fact in need of thorough work.
