Sample Employee Appreciation Letter
Writing a letter of appreciation is a simple and effective way to recognize an employee for doing a great
job. In addition to the letter you may want to also give them a certificate of appreciation or an award
with a bonus. You don’t want to have a stale office environment that is fear based and only have the
negative accentuated.
Letter of Appreciation Advice:
Write a letter of appreciation as soon as possible after you have noticed something
commendable in an employee that deserves to be recognized.
Make sure you give specific details of why you are recognizing their above expectations
performance.
Always give as much positive feedback as you can from other people’s perspective as well.
