How to Make a Shirt Order Form?

Make sure the T-Shirt Order Form you offer your clients includes the following elements:

  1. Basic design or color of the t-shirt - once the appropriate item is selected, the customer will click "order" and go to the page to customize the item in question.
  2. Description of the t-shirt. You can add as many variations of the same item as necessary. There can be different types of t-shirts - long- and short-sleeved, fitted, semi-fitted, and relaxed t-shirts, v-neck t-shirts and tank tops. Additionally, you can separate your clothes by gender (it is a good idea to add a unisex option), age, and color - some of the t-shirts may have colored sleeves while others have white sleeves.
  3. Material of the shirt - cotton and polyester are among the most popular but you can add an option to purchase a blend and set an increased price if the certain materials and blends cost more or require more work.
  4. Size - you can include traditional XS to XXL sizes and provide a clothing size chart for the convenience of your clients. If you are prepared to handle international shipping, a conversion chart is a must.
  5. Brand if you are selling clothing from different manufacturers.
  6. Design of the item. There can be some default pictures and drawings the client can use but it is recommended to give them an option to insert their own design or write words on the t-shirt. Note that it is better to illustrate every order to show the client what they are ordering - for instance, if they click on a particular design, they should see how it looks on the t-shirt to avoid color clashing and tailor the item to their needs.
