A Tennessee Sublease Agreement is a binding and enforceable contract prepared and signed by the tenant and the subtenant - the latter being a third party, a single individual or a person representing an organization, willing to replace the original tenant and fulfill their contractual obligations listed in the lease. In case you are leaving your house for a while or your business does not require you to rent a certain office space anymore, you can avoid spending money by finding a subtenant who will act as a new tenant and pay the rent to the landlord directly or with your help as an intermediary.
