Sublease Agreement Template - Kentucky

A Kentucky Sublease Agreement is a legally binding contract that outlines the particulars of the real property re-renting. If you leave your apartment for the summer or job in another town or you do not need an office for your business anymore yet you are supposed to carry out with the lease, you may have the right to offset your expenses by subletting the real estate you live or work in. Note that you need to obtain the landlord's permission first - either the original text of the lease should have a sublease clause or you contact the landlord and negotiate the terms of the sublease with them before you start looking out for a subtenant.

Traditionally, a sublease is supposed to identify the parties to the contract, contain the legal address of the real estate and indicate whether it is sublet as a whole or in part, establish the sublease term and list the details of the payment, refer to the lease signed by the landlord and the tenant and name the person or company responsible for handling utilities and renovations.
