Sublease Agreement Template - Hawaii

A Hawaii Sublease Agreement is a written contract signed by a tenant and a third party (an individual or organization) with the latter replacing the person or company that originally rented out a residence or commercial property. If, for example, you have to move to a different city but you are still obliged to fulfill your lease obligations, you can find a subtenant who will use the real estate to replace you and make sure the landlord gets their rent payments regularly.

As long as the landlord is aware of the sublease - it may be provided for by the original deal or discussed with them later - you can find another tenant for the rental unit. Traditionally, a sublease agreement identifies all the parties, describes the property to be re-rented (it is also possible to sublet a part of the house or office), establishes the sublease term and the payment procedure, contains the reference to the lease since the sublease serves as a supplementary document, and determines who will be responsible for dealing with maintenance and utility payments.
