An Alabama Sublease Agreement is a written document that establishes the conditions of the real estate re-renting mandatory for the tenant and subtenant. If the tenant obtains the consent of the landlord, it is possible to let the third party use the residential or commercial property in question with the person or company that signed the lease as a tenant becoming a landlord for the subtenant.
This way, the tenant remains under the obligation to carry out their tenant responsibilities while also acting as a landlord for the subtenant who either benefits from using the rental unit independently or shares the space with the tenant. You can negotiate the sublease with the landlord and prospective subtenant and attach this agreement to the contract drafted by two original parties - note the lease must mention the sublease option before you take on new contractual duties; otherwise, amend the lease agreement with the landlord to have a legal basis for subletting the property.
