Bargain and Sale Deed Form - Arizona

An Arizona Bargain and Sale Deed will allow the seller and the buyer to transfer the title to the property - the latter obtains all encumbrances and liens alongside the real estate in question. According to Chapter 4, Title 33 of Arizona Revised Statutes, this document must contain a full description of the sold property, state the objective of the deed, verify the grantor's intention to give the interest in the house or apartment indicated to the other party, and bear a notary seal. Once the papers are signed, submit them to the local recorder's office to make them a part of public records available to all citizens.
