The Delaware Boat Bill of Sale is a document filled out during watercraft transfer. It is equally important for both the seller and the buyer. Its main purpose is to serve as proof of payment and boat transfer. The new owner must submit this document to the Delaware Division of Fish and Wildlife to obtain a registration card.
Though it is a required document, the state does not provide any government-issued Delaware bill of sale forms. Any filled-in template will be considered legal as long as it meets the state requirements. The Delaware-specific form is available for download below. You can also create your own sales slip using our customizable online template.
