  4. Date and location of the sale;
  5. Seller's disclosure. The seller must confirm the ownership of the sold item and attest to the fact that this property is free from all encumbrances;
  6. Buyer's disclaimer. The purchaser must acknowledge all the defects of the item, if there are any, and accept it in its current condition - "as is";
  7. Additional terms and conditions. The parties are free to negotiate any additional provisions and add them to the document;
  8. Signatures of both parties.

Does a Bill of Sale have to be Notarized in Oregon?

There is no mandatory legal requirement to notarize an Oregon Generic Bill of Sale, but you may add an extra layer of protection to your document. Prepare the Bill of Sale in two copies, the purchaser retains the original.
