care center. Being a Registered Nurse (RN) myself, I have been in search of an

At present, I’m working as a nurse trainee in the rehabilitation department of the
McLean Hospital in Beloit, Wisconsin. In my 1.5 years of work at the McWenna
Bonds hospital, I have learned to deal with various types of patients, suffering from a
wide range of mental complications. The challenges to handle mentally ill people have
shown me a more compassionate and loving side of me. It has also shown me that
selfless service is the essence of the nursing profession. Before working with McLean
