To serve as protection for both parties and cover all possible issues and details, a Bill of Sale in Washington should include the following information:
- Identification of the parties. Write down their names, addresses, and driver's license numbers;
- Description of the transferred property that will allow its unambiguous identification. It depends on the item, but generally, you are required to provide the make, model, color, year, size, serial number.
