- Personal details of the parties. Write down the names, addresses, and driver's license numbers of the seller and the buyer;

- Purchase price. Provide information about the amount of money paid, the date, the location, and the method of payment;
- Seller's disclosure. This clause is optional and can be included in the property description. Basically, the owner of the property has to inform the buyer of any defects and faults that already exist. Otherwise, the property is purchased "as is" - without any special conditions or guarantees;
- Signatures. This section can only be completed in the presence of a notary public.
